Scuba

Getting Started

We offer a number of ways to become a certified scuba diver. From a traditional 2 week course to a private course to a weekend only course. We make it easy to join our wonderful family of Scuba Divers.

The traditional 2 week course is an 8 session course completed over an alternating day schedule (Monday / Wednesday or Tuesday / Thursday). Most classes are in the evening to make it convenient for folks who work.

There are a maximum of 6 students in class to ensure individualized attention with your instructor.

Course is broken down into 3 Segments:

  1. Academics-Completed mostly online.
  2. Confined Water (Pool)-8-10 hours completed prior to Open Water.
  3. Open Water Certification Dives-Fresh and Salt Water boat dives to make a well rounded confident diver.

Private class schedules are done with the students needs in mind.

Continuing Education / Specialties

We have specialty courses scheduled every month. Most of the specialties are only 1 day of academics, and then diving (the fun part). We will perform the dives either locally or on the East Coast.
